5* INTERLEAGUE TOTAL OF THE WEEK MAX BET The Detroit Tigers opened this series with a 13-0 win Friday night. I think runs will also come at a premium for Arizona tonight, but I also think the Tigers will be struggling to put runs on the board. Before yesterday's win, Detroit had been shut out in back-to-back games, and Arizona right-hander Zac Gallen (5-2, 2.86 ERA) has allowed just one run on 10 hits over 17 innings in three home starts this year. As for Detroit starter Jack Flaherty (0-3, 3.88 ERA), the right-hander has posted an ERRA of 3.52 in four road starts and the D'Backs have scored only four runs through their last three games. 5* PLAY ON THE UNDER. |
